CAREGIVER

Therapeutic Healing Personal Care Agency is committed to providing compassionate personal care services to our clients that are in need.Therapeutic Healing Personal Care Agency seeking caregivers to provide one on one home care for people in Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, and Waukesha Counties.

Qualifications:

Prefer a high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or will have one-year work experience in a related field. Consideration given to those applicants without diploma or GED certificate, but if employed by Therapeutic Healing Personal Care, it is preferred that arrangements be made to complete diploma or GED.
At least 16 years of age.
Possess proof of successful completion of Therapeutic Healing Personal Care’ competency evaluation program; must participate in the educational programs and practice lab, as well as successfully pass the skill and communication proficiency test for Caregiver.
Effective communication skills to work with the client and family, including ability to listen without imposing personal values or beliefs.
Ability to follow instructions to complete work as assigned.
Ability to maintain confidentiality about clients and personnel.
Demonstrate computer literacy, if assigned.
Present a neat appearance and positive work attitude.
