Instructions for Timesheet Dropbox

We are pleased to announce the addition of a new alternative drop box located at Bayshore Mall above (Trader Joe’s). This new option, in addition to our main office location, is intended to make it more convenient for our caregivers to submit their timesheets. Caregivers can now choose to drop off their timesheets at either our main office or the new Bayshore drop box location, ensuring greater flexibility and ease of access. The new drop off box located at Regus Offices in Bayshore (Located Above Trader Joe’s) Drop -Off Location: 500 West Silver Spring Drive Suite K-200 Glendale, WI 53217

Instructions: Please inform the center that you have mail for Therapeutic Healing PCA and provide them with our mailbox number and then hand them the timesheets for processing with the company provided in envelope.

 

Note: If you lose the company envelope you must provide your own envelope. Please write Therapeutic Healing Personal Care and mailbox number (1718) on the envelope.

Note: Timesheets can still be dropped off in the drop box located right outside our main office location, even outside of normal business hours.

Please Remember: Timesheets need to be submitted at one of our drop-off locations by 10:00 AM on Tuesday at the end of each pay period to avoid delays in payment. If you miss the deadline, you’ll receive your paycheck for that period only after you submit your timesheets in the next pay period.
